We have trained and retrained ourselves to follow the protocols of Hygiene & Sanitization as per guidelines of WHO and local administration. We have rolled out a program called PASS which means Piccadily Assured Safety & Security focusing on contactless service from check in to checkout and transfers.
In light of the impact and changes caused by the Novel COVID-19 (Corona Virus), I seek your attention to explain the steps being taken by Piccadily to ensure Safety & Security.
We have rolled out a program called PASS which means Piccadily Assured Safety & Security. PASSis focused on contactless service from check-in to checkout, transfers & dining. PASS includes but is not limited to hand and respiratory hygiene, enhanced sanitation of rooms and public areas, safe food practices & social distancing as per guidelines of WHO and local administration.
The hotel cars are sanitized every time they are used. The drivers wear mask and offer sanitizers on arrival. The luggage is disinfected before placement in the car. A patrician has been created in the car to minimize contact between drivers and passengers.
As you arrive at the hotel, a temperature check is done followed with hand & feet sanitation. The luggage once again goes through sanitization process. By pre-registration, you can avail contactless check-in and head straight to the room after collecting sanitized key from UV Rays box. By the way, there is an option for check-in right at the airport.
The rooms are deep cleaned, sanitized and sealed prior to your arrival. They are rested at-least for a day before being allotted to a new arrival. The linen is washed with hospital grade detergent and disinfectant. Sanitizer & masks are provided in the room as standard amenity.
The In-room dining experience is contactless. Guests are encouraged to use QR code to access the in-room dining menu and place the order online or over phone. The service staff would ring the bell and place your order on the table kept outside the room which can be collected by guests.
The restaurant dining experience is contactless right from access of menu to placement of order and as well as payments. The tables have been set at a minimum distance of 2 meters from each other to maintain social distancing.
At Banquets, we have planned new seating and layout as per social distancing norms. With a variety of venues, we are ready to host functions and conferences.
For Checkout,we encourage guests to inform Front desk in advance about scheduled departure to enable us to prepare the bills which can be viewed and paid online with multiple options.
The Piccadily Lucknow is blessed with large rooms and public spaces and we encourage physical distancing. To this effect, we have put signage’s across all the public areas. The touch points in all the public areas are sanitized regularly to ensure hygiene & safety.
